A Michelin-Recommended Korean Restaurant in Paris' 15th District
🌟The 15th district of Paris is filled with Korean and Japanese restaurants. Last time, I met a friend at this place near Charles Michels. As soon as you walk in, you can see the Michelin-recommended plaque that has been awarded for five consecutive years. The owner is Korean but speaks fluent Chinese, so if you have trouble understanding the menu, you can just ask him. 🌟Their most famous dish is the blood sausage stir-fried with pork intestines, which was much better than I imagined. The blood sausage had no bloody taste at all; it was filled with glutinous rice and tasted a bit like zongzi (rice dumplings). The pork intestines were also very clean, chewy, and had no strange flavors. Additionally, they served a portion of steamed egg, which was quite substantial. 🌟The spicy chicken feet were cooked very tenderly, making it easy to suck the bones and melt in the mouth. The spiciness was just right, and I felt it was even better than what I had tried in Korea before. 🌟The mixed vegetable stir-fried with glass noodles was also good, but a bit too oily for my taste, so I didn't enjoy it as much. In the end, the two of us spent nearly €120, which I felt was not very cost-effective. However, the taste, service, and ambiance were all quite good, so it was still a nice experience to try once. 🥢 Restaurant Name: Yido 📍 Address: 54 Av.
