A Must-Visit on Every Las Vegas Trip 🌟🍽️

Over the past 20+ years, the dining scene in Las Vegas has completely transformed, and Sparrow + Wolf is a perfect example—and one of our absolute favorite restaurants. The interior sets a great vibe with a cool bar and stylish decor. That said, it had been nearly two years since our last visit, but Sparrow + Wolf hasn’t lost a step in culinary excellence. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. Our server Felicia was professional, fun, helpful, and knowledgeable—always appearing just when we needed something. She even suggested pairing the Bahn Cuon with a Junmai Daiginjo sparkling sake, which turned out to be a brilliant recommendation.🌟 We ordered à la carte (though the tasting menu looked amazing too), starting with Isan sausage, oxtail hummus, and beef tartare. The Isan sausage was bite-sized and slightly decadent. The hummus—usually a sleepy dish—was so uniquely delicious I might pay a fortune for it. In fact, when I took the last bite, my wife jokingly threatened divorce—it was that good!❤️ The Vietnamese rolls, broccoli, and black pepper pork were also exceptional!! John (one of the restaurant’s founders) was charming and witty, sharing fun anecdotes about wine and Las Vegas food history. Coincidentally, we both love the same Barolo region—Cannubi—and John recommended a film about the area we’d never heard of.🌟 At the end, John asked if I liked Amaro (an Italian digestif). I said “sure,” though I didn’t know much about it. He explained its history and poured us a few varieties—all fantastic. We finished with delicious pineapple sorbet and house-made chocolates. Both were outstanding!❤️ The food was incredible, the service exemplary and personal. Dining out 150 nights a year, we know the difference.
