🏰 La Pagode de Cos in a Parisian Palace Hotel 🍽️ Today, I had lunch at La Pagode de Cos restaurant in La Réserve. La Réserve is just a stone's throw away from the Élysée Palace and is tucked away in the bustling city. It's a palace-level hotel, and this year it was honored with 3 Michelin keys (the highest honor), making it the epitome of luxury hotels. I've always come here for the Michelin three-star Le Gabriel, but this time I decided to try this non-starred restaurant. 🍽️ The dishes are simple, but one bite and you know they're made under the watchful eye of a Michelin three-star chef. Especially the lobster stew, it's simple yet every ingredient is perfect.
