A must-visit Western restaurant in Mississauga — CAPRA’S KITCHEN
On our dating day, we were indecisive about what to have for dinner when suddenly I remembered a friend recommending this place. Let’s go for a spontaneous dinner adventure! 🍈 Ricotta & Figs The combination of pickled and fresh figs with a drizzle of honey created a multi-layered sweetness. The crushed pistachios added a nice texture, making it the best dish of the night in my opinion. 🥳 🥙 Hummus I ordered it because a colleague’s Hummus was heavily criticized by another coworker recently, so I wanted to try it elsewhere. The texture was indeed smooth, and the smoked paprika sprinkled on top was a nice touch, but I’m personally not a big fan of chickpeas, so it wasn’t a favorite. 🦐 Risotto with Seafood As soon as it arrived at the table, the rich aroma was undeniable. The carnaroli rice was cooked Italian-style, a bit al dente, which I enjoyed. Topped with a generous amount of seafood that was worth the price, I cleared the plate in respect. 😋 This restaurant, in terms of environment, atmosphere, and food quality, is definitely worth a visit in the culinary desert of Mississauga. That’s all for now! #Mississauga #MississaugaFood #TorontoFood #GTAWesternRestaurant #DatingDiary #TonightDinnerLooksLikeThis
