A One-Day Paris Itinerary 💙🤍❤️

‼️ The Louvre is too big, and Versailles is too far—neither is included in this day’s plan. 💙 Most of Paris’ attractions are scattered along both banks of the Seine. 🤍 The attractions aren’t too far from each other, and the metro is very convenient. ❤️ Below are the places I visited in a day—just for reference. 🎭 Opéra Garnier (Paris Opera House) Time needed: 1.5-2 hours You can buy a visit ticket if you’re not watching a performance. The opera house is resplendent with gold. Above the dome, Chagall’s paintings depict a fantasy world where innocence and mystery interweave, with dreamlike colors and symbolic techniques. The first-floor souvenir shop is great for browsing—I bought a canvas bag 🛍️. ⛲️ Tuileries Garden Time needed: 0.5 hours No admission fee The Tuileries Garden was once a royal garden and later became a public park. It’s not very large—you could sit here for an afternoon, but if you just want to take in the views and take photos, half an hour is enough. The hot air balloon with the 2024 Paris Olympics main torch 🎈 is above the fountain in the Tuileries Garden. It’s said you need a reservation to visit it now 🔥. 🍴 Lunch: Had snails, pizza, and a delicious raw beef dish (can’t remember the name). 🕰️ Musée d’Orsay (Orsay Museum) Time needed: 2 hours Must book in advance! Buy tickets beforehand. The Orsay Museum was converted from a long-abandoned Orsay train station. It’s home to the world’s richest collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist works—here you can see pieces by masters like Van Gogh, Monet, Degas... 🎨. ⛪️ Sainte-Chapelle (Holy Chapel) Time needed: 1 hour Book tickets online in advance. I was drawn here by the stained glass windows. The chapel isn’t large and has two floors—when I walked from the first floor to the second and looked up at the stained glass windows, I was truly 🏗️ Exterior of Notre-Dame de Paris Time needed: 0.5 hours Sainte-Chapelle is right next to Notre-Dame. It’s still under reconstruction, so you can only visit the exterior. 🪷 Musée de l’Orangerie (Orangerie Museum) Time needed: 1 hour Must book tickets in advance! Star exhibits: Monet’s 8 huge Water Lilies paintings 🪷. ⚜️ Champs-Élysées—Place de la Concorde (Concorde Square) Time needed: 1 hour Admire the fountains and the obelisk gifted to France by Egypt 🔸. 🍴 Dinner: A huge hamburger 🍔. 🌌 Seine River Night Cruise That day, at 21:00 Paris time, we waited for the Eiffel Tower to light up. The moment the sparkles started, everyone cheered ✨. 📌 Tips: 1️⃣ The Paris metro isn’t as bad as people say, but it is quite old. 2️⃣ They say in Europe, if you carry your bag in front, it’s yours; if you carry it behind, it’s someone else’s. We were careful during our trip and didn’t get anything stolen. 3️⃣ To tell if you’re on the Left Bank or Right Bank of the Seine, go by the direction the river flows. #SoulAndBodyOnTheRoad #CulturalAttractionsShare #ParisOlympics #ParisTravel #FranceTravel #ParisOperaHouse #TuileriesGarden #OrsayMuseum #NotreDameDeParis #SainteChapelle
