The Nakamura Tokichi Main Store opens at 10:00. We arrived at JR Uji Station at 9:10, and itโs just a 5-minute walk to the store. ๐ถโโ๏ธ ๐๐ธ When we got there, there were hardly any tourists. ๐บWe went to the nearby tourist information center to pick up a Uji sightseeing map, sat around, and soaked up some sun. At 9:30, we saw people starting to line up at the store entrance. ๐๐ธ The shop finally opened at 9:52, and we were the eighth in line when we walked in. ๐ ๐บAfter a brief 10-minute wait, we were called to our seats. We chose an outdoor table in the courtyard, where we could enjoy the view outside and the pleasant scent of incense from a censer. ๐ฟ ๐๐ธ Once seated, the store provided free hot tea, which we could brew ourselves. #Kyoto ๐บ
