A Relaxed & Flavorful Evening at Rosemary’s West Village 🍷🌿
During my trip to New York, I made my way to Rosemary’s in the West Village for dinner—and what a lovely experience it turned out to be. Even on a weekday evening, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with thoughtfully designed rustic décor that felt both cozy and chic. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease, whether you're dining solo, on a date, or catching up with friends. I started with the Grilled Octopus 🐙, served with Trapanese almond pesto, potatoes, and herbs. The octopus was tender and smoky, beautifully plated and full of Mediterranean flair. For the main course, I had the Tagliata Steak 🥩—sliced and served with charred scallions, green salsa verde, and a touch of sea salt. Cooked exactly as I asked, it was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the bright, herby accompaniments. Dessert was the Chocolate Torta 🍫, a rich dark chocolate cake paired with buttermilk cream, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of Maldon salt. Simple, rustic, and deeply satisfying—the ideal sweet ending. The service matched the vibe—friendly yet unobtrusive, with dishes arriving at a relaxed pace that let us truly savor each moment.😁 From the ambiance to the food and the gentle rhythm of the evening, Rosemary’s delivered a memorable and genuinely enjoyable dining experience. I left feeling completely content—and already looking forward to my next visit.🙌 #RosemarysWestVillage #RelaxedDining #WestVillageEats #GrilledOctopus #TagliataSteak
