A restaurant with good taste in New York: Little Collins
A significant part of my weekend joy was contributed by this hidden gem of a Brunch spot in Midtown. 👏 The French Toast here deserves the title of the best in New York! In addition, the pumpkin Kale salad was also incredibly surprising; it's truly the most enjoyable Brunch I've had recently. 🥰 🧡 CREME BRULEE FRENCH TOAST: Maple cream brulee baked Brioche, with a crispy exterior and soft interior, topped with apples, oranges, caramelized peanuts, and French sour cream, it's visually appealing and has a great taste, and it's not overly sweet at all! 🧡 CRISPY QUINOA TUSCAN KALE: I usually dislike Kale, but this pumpkin Kale salad is really impressive! The pumpkin is soft and sweet, the Kale is not bitter at all, and the salad dressing is very refreshing. Combined with pumpkin seeds, crispy Quinoa, cranberries, and roasted chicken breast, it's so much better than Sweetgreen. 🧡 EGG BENEDICT: A generous serving of smoked salmon Eggs Benedict, with the highlight being the fried potatoes that are incredibly fragrant! #100RestaurantExplorationPlan #NewYork #brunch #NewYorkFun #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood #NewYorkbrunch
