A Soba Noodle Shop That Feels Like a Trip to Japan | Uzuki π
Yesterday, I visited a Japanese soba noodle shop in BK called Uzuki. As soon as I walked in, it felt like I was transported to a traditional Japanese restaurant. The decor is incredibly exquisite and vintage. πΈ The staff are all Japanese, and their service is exceptionally attentive. Even the plates and utensils are custom-made, adding a unique touch to the dining experience. π For the appetizer, I ordered tofu, which had a slightly sticky textureβvery unique and delicious. π― For the main course, we tried their signature Uni soba noodles and duck meat noodles. Both dishes were fantastic, each with its own distinct flavors. π¦ Donβt miss out on their desserts! We had the seasonal banana sundae π, which had an incredibly rich texture with different layers. It was sweet but not overly so, and itβs definitely one of the best desserts Iβve had recently. π π 95 Guernsey St, Brooklyn, NY 11222 #NewYork #JapaneseCuisine #SobaNoodles #HiddenGems ππ
