A Super Cute and Delicious Chinese Restaurant in Brooklyn 🌟

Tonight, I went to a super gentle Chinese restaurant hidden in Brooklyn. With its wooden decoration and warm yellow lighting, the whole atmosphere is both fresh and full of life. 🍃💡 🌸I didn't have high expectations for Chinese food in BK, thinking it was mostly for foreigners. But the taste here is really authentic and delicious! Every dish we tried was amazing! For starters, we had shrimp dumplings. One bite in, the skin was thin and translucent, with the shrimp meat being so chewy. Dipped in the sauce, it was super satisfying. 😌 We also ordered Sichuan cold noodles. They were cool, tangy, and spicy, perfect for refreshing the taste buds. A bowl in summer is just so refreshing! 🎢 For the main course, we had their signature Mei Xiang Duck 🦆. The duck skin was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a smoky aroma. It was truly delicious! The crab roe tofu was another highlight. The crab roe had a rich aroma, and the tofu was so smooth it melted in the mouth. We couldn't stop eating spoonful after spoonful. 🍃 Their black chicken and fish maw soup 🐔 was also great. It was warm and rich, like a nourishing elixir. After drinking it, I felt gently healed and revitalized. We also had a beef hot pot for two. It was similar to hot pot beef, with spicy red oil and thin, tender beef slices that were full of flavor. It went perfectly with rice. 🍚 🌊 Even their vegetables, like stir-fried shiitake mushrooms and Shanghai greens 🥬, were cooked just right, retaining the crispness of the greens. 🌸The address is 595 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222. #NewYork 🗽
