A Super-Delicious Roast Whole Pig in New York 🍖

🌟Yesterday, my friends and I went to House of Joy to try their roast suckling pig 🐷 and king crab 🦀. They were absolutely delicious! The suckling pig had crispy skin and fragrant meat, which you could enjoy on its own or dip in sauce and wrap in pancakes, just like Peking duck. Every bite was incredibly satisfying. 🥢 The king crab was prepared in three different ways, which was amazing. The waiter first showed us a huge king crab. We chose garlic-steamed, salted egg yolk stir-fried, and crab meat rice. Each dish was incredibly tasty. 🦀 🌟Their fish was also super fresh. We ordered eel and perch, and the flavors were exactly like those from back home. This place is definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I've tried in New York.
