A Super Delicious Seafood Restaurant in New York 🌟

Because every time I reminisce about this restaurant, the title is the first thing that pops into my mind: direct, honest, minimalist, but every bite is anything but perfunctory. 🐟The restaurant is small and specializes in seafood. It was nominated for a James Beard Award this year. The dishes are said to be inspired by Spanish and Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. 🌟Even on weekends, the neighborhood around the restaurant is not very noisy. After having a couple of drinks at the bar next to the restaurant, we set off for dinner. The early summer breeze feels just right, cool and refreshing. On a Friday night, I was lucky enough to book the last seats before the restaurant closed. Two people, two drinks, and five courses. #NewYork 🌃
