π Beef Noodles A must-order! βΌοΈ The portion is very generous, with bouncy and chewy noodles that have a strong texture. The large pieces of beef are very flavorful and tender, not at all tough. The soup is rich and has a slight spiciness. A big mouthful of noodles with a big piece of beef is so satisfying. π Mutton Curry Noodles The curry soup is extremely rich. The noodles have a good bite to them. The sheep's trotters are not only well-seasoned but also very tender and fall off the bone easily, with no mutton odor at all. π Pig's Feet Noodles I dare say not many noodle shops can make pig's feet so substantial. The marinated pig's feet, larger than a palm, are soft and sticky, coming off the bone with just a slurp.
