A Surprising Find in Las Vegas – Lala Noodle @ Park MGM 🍜✨

This time, I booked a stay at Park MGM to see Coldplay! 🎵 The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated and very stylish. Since it’s a non-smoking property, there’s none of that mixed smell of smoke and perfume—big plus! 😂 But the rooms clearly felt like a renovation of an older building, and the style was a bit… unique, to say the least 😅 We got upgraded to a Stay Well floor with a view of Aria, but it was so ordinary that it made me wonder how basic the standard room must be! 🤷🏻♀️ Downstairs in the hotel is Eataly, which has plenty of delicious Italian options. You can also grab a bottle of wine at the Wine Bar and order a charcuterie board to enjoy a relaxing afternoon (way cheaper than hitting the tables! 🃏😂) --- Here’s the highlight ↓ In the hotel’s dining area, there’s an Asian noodle spot — Lala Noodle 🍜 I went in just wanting a quick bite before heading to the airport, but ended of being blown away by their Laksa and their really solid Drunken Noodle (beef stir-fried noodles)! As a Cantonese who’s spent over a decade in the U.S. being repeatedly disappointed by “cha chaan teng” style dishes, this Drunken Noodle felt like a small comfort to the soul 🥢 (Note: It’s more like the Thai-style drunken noodles, not the classic dry-fried beef ho fun, but still delicious!) The Laksa was so creamy, and the noodles were perfectly cooked—we finished the whole bowl! ✨ The restaurant has a fresh, modern vibe, and the chef and many staff speak Cantonese, which made the experience feel extra warm and familiar 💛 Next time, I definitely want to try their braised beef noodle soup and wonton noodles! 😋 Have you been to Lala Noodle or found any unexpected food gems in Vegas?
