A Theater of Taste for an Anniversary!

📍 The Catbird Seat 💫We visit this restaurant every year for our wedding anniversary, and this year it had moved to a new location. The open bar is arranged in a U-shape, with the chefs working in the center and explaining the creative concept behind each dish before serving.✅ 📷The menu changes with the seasons. That evening, we tried oysters with green apple sorbet, smoked eel tacos, and venison tartare. ⭐The flavor combinations were bold yet balanced—for example, black garlic sauce was used to temper the gaminess of the venison. For dessert, we had elderflower ice cream wrapped in white chocolate crisps, served over a base of roasted tea crumbs. The food is creative and delicious, and the service is consistently outstanding.
