✨ A Top-Tier Omakase Experience in Vegas

Went to Vegas over the weekend for Zhou Shen’s concert and decided to explore the city while we were there. We tried Kabuto on a previous trip two years ago, so this time we opted for KAME Omakase. If Las Vegas is a dazzling dream of glamour and luxury, then KAME Omakase is undoubtedly the most delicate and lavish part of that dream 💫. KAME offers two tiers, and we chose the lower-priced one. The 21-course menu truly felt like savoring edible art—each piece crafted with breathtaking care. 👍 One service detail I truly admired: Before placing each piece of sushi on the plate, the chef would carefully wipe the dish with a white cloth to remove any trace of soy sauce. Even the tiniest drop was not allowed to "contaminate" the presentation—true Japanese artisan spirit at its finest. 🛩️ The chef shared that all seafood is flown in daily from Japan to ensure peak freshness. Every bite felt like bringing the ocean of Japan straight into the Vegas desert—so fresh it could almost bring tears. 🍣 Standouts included the Toro, Hokkaido Uni, and Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper). Lightly torched and finished with freshly grated yuzu zest, each piece was heavenly. Another favorite was the Aka Yagara (Red Cornetfish) sashimi, thinly sliced and paired with yuzu pepper—bright, tangy, and refreshing. 🐮 The A5 Wagyu Stone Grill came with a display of the beef’s ID card—showing the calf’s birth date and number. Felt a little sad for the young cow… but it was incredibly delicious 🫡. 🍈 Dessert featured the legendary Japanese Crown Melon—each vine grows only one melon, concentrating all its nutrients into a single fruit. Its sweetness was pure perfection, making us wonder if we were dreaming. Truly a luxury on a plate 😉. 💰 The meal totaled around $1,000 for two, placing it on the pricier side—but this was more than just a meal. It felt like a conversation with the ingredients, a moment to truly indulge and connect. 📍 KAME Omakase | Las Vegas ⭐️ 3616 W Spring Mountain Rd Ste 103, Las Vegas, NV 89102 ✅ Perfect for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself and someone you love. #LasVegasEats #VegasOmakase #Omakase #LuxuryDining #VegasFood #VegasTravel
