A Transporting Japanese Soba Experience 🇯🇵|Uzuki

Visited Uzuki in Brooklyn yesterday — and stepping inside truly felt like being whisked away to Japan! The space is beautifully designed with a refined, vintage touch. The entire staff is Japanese, offering warm, attentive service. Even the plates and utensils are custom-made — every detail feels thoughtful and special. ✨ We started with a unique tofu appetizer — slightly sticky in texture, delicate, and full of subtle flavor. For mains, we tried their signature Uni Soba and Duck Soba. Both were excellent — the uni version was rich and briny, while the duck broth was deeply savory and comforting. But save room for dessert! The seasonal Banana Sundae 🍌 was incredible — layered with different textures and flavors, sweet but not cloying. One of my favorite desserts in recent memory. 📍 Address: 95 Guernsey St, Brooklyn, NY 11222 If you’re craving authentic, serene Japanese dining in NYC, Uzuki is a hidden treasure. Loved this cultural escape? Don’t forget to like, follow, and save for more transportive NYC dining spots! Let me guide you to the city’s most immersive meals. 😘🍜 #NYCFood #NYCExploration #NYCWorkLife #NYCLiving #UzukiSoba #JapaneseSoba #BrooklynEats #AuthenticJapanese #NYCEats #HiddenGem
