A Trip Around São Paulo, Brazil: Iguazu Falls

🍃On Friday evening, we departed from São Paulo and arrived at Iguazu Airport after approximately 2.5 hours by plane. 🩷We headed straight to Iguazu Falls in the morning. Just like the last time I visited, it was the dry season, so the water flow was relatively low. The peak water season usually occurs around December. However, our guide mentioned that although the water appears yellow during the high-flow season, the source section of the falls remains breathtaking even during the dry season. ✨Iguazu Falls straddles the border between Brazil and Argentina, with the river serving as the natural boundary. There are three ways to experience the falls: by land, water, and air. Activities include speedboat rides, hiking, and helicopter tours. June is winter in Brazil, but if the weather is warm, taking a speedboat to shower under the waterfalls is an incredible experience. 💎Parque das Aves (Bird Park): This park is home to Brazil's iconic toucans. Given Brazil's vast forests, the country boasts a rich diversity of bird species. The macaws are also definitely worth seeing. 🥰Three-Border Landmark: This is the meeting point of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. Standing here, you can see the landmark monuments of all three countries. Thanks to the visa-free agreements among South American nations, locals can freely cross the borders. We took some photos to commemorate the visit, wrapped up the day's itinerary, and returned to the hotel. #São Paulo#BrazilTravel #IguazuFalls#Parque das Aves#travel guide#TravelDiaries
