A tripe soup shop that opened as early as 1955:Rica Pancita Anita
An old shop that only makes pancita and churros. But the beef flavor of the pancita is just too strong... it's really hard to accept, to be honest... The churros are quite fragrant, though. Ambience/Service.It has a strong sense of history. The service is excellent. Food🍚 Tripe Soup This is a taste I've never experienced before; it's completely new to me. The soup base has a very strong beef flavor. The taste is quite salty, but interestingly, the saltiness dissipates significantly about a second after it hits your tongue🤔 It's a very intriguing flavor. The soup is rich in spices, and it seems that quite a bit of chili powder or paprika has been added. There's a large table of condiments you can try; I recommend adding more lime juice 👌🏻 The texture is quite good. The tripe is not overcooked to the point of falling apart, but it's very easy to chew, striking a balance between chewy and tender👍🏻 You can also eat it wrapped in a taco (I think it's just okay). Restroom The storage method might impart a special aroma. It's a unique taste, and I found myself craving more after finishing 😋 The staff doesn't speak English, but they're smart enough to have placed three bowls of different sizes—small, medium, and large—for you to choose from. I was unsure about the taste, so I went for the small one, but after finishing it, I felt I could have gone for a larger size😂 #MexicoCityFood #MexicoCityRestaurants #Tacos #BestTacos #MexicoTravel
