As part of a gathering with family and friends, we dined at Union Tavern, and everything was absolutely fantastic! We were seated in a cozy booth with genuine leather couches—elevated just enough to offer the best view of the vibrant dining room. We ordered the Signature Salad, Burrata, Ribeye Steak, and desserts. Every dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The burrata was fresh and creamy, the ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the desserts were the ideal sweet ending. We paired our meal with a rich Cabernet Sauvignon, which complemented the food beautifully. 🍷🥩 Our server, Kevin, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. He offered thoughtful food recommendations and took every request seriously. He even surprised us with complimentary coffee after dessert—a lovely gesture that added a special touch to our night. Krystel, the manager who greeted and seated us, was equally amazing. She was delightful to talk to and regularly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.
