A Two-Day Getaway to Virginia Beach 🌊☀️

It was my first time in Virginia Beach, and I came for a wedding. This beach is absolutely amazing! The weather in early April was perfect—with highs of 28°C, warm enough for a quick dip in the ocean but not too hot. I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, right by the sea. Waking up to ocean views and spring blossoms was just 😍👌! The Marriott across the street also looked fantastic, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. It’s only an hour-ish flight from NY, making it an ideal weekend getaway with the family 👨👩👧👦💕. Weddings can sometimes be a bit boring, but traveling somewhere new because of one—especially a place you might never have heard of or considered visiting—is such a cool experience!
