A Wonderful Place in Washington! ποΈππΌ
I recently visited Washington for a short business trip, with meetings held at the same hotel, so I arrived a few days early to explore the area β and what a fantastic decision that turned out to be! My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials: a fridge, coffee maker, and most importantly β excellent blackout curtains that made beating jet lag a breeze! π΄π€ The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile. ππ€ The neighborhood around the hotel is perfect for wandering. A 25-minute walk to the waterfront led me to a lovely spot where I sat sipping coffee in the late autumn sun βπ, watching the world go by β and planes descending into the nearby airport βοΈπ . The Torpedo Factory Art Center was a delightful way to spend a few hours (or more β itβs easy to lose track of time in there! π¨β³). As I strolled through Old Town, I discovered plenty of historical markers that enriched the experience. By the time I returned to the hotel, Iβd walked over 10 miles β but it felt effortless because I enjoyed every moment! πΆββοΈβ€οΈ The hotel bar was the ideal spot to unwind with a cold drink πΉπ§ before preparing for my meetings. And when I mentioned a minor issue with my fridge freezing my drinks, the reception team immediately offered replacements from the gift shop fridge β now thatβs excellent service! ποΈπ With strong in-room Wi-Fi (no upgrade fees!), and a metro station just minutes away, exploring downtown D.C. was a breeze ππ. All in all, this hotel made my stay seamless, comfortable, and memorable. I canβt recommend it enough! #WashingtonDC #BusinessTrip #OldTownAlexandria #TravelSmart #HotelGoals #JetLagSolved
