We stayed for one night to catch a show, and the hotel’s location near Chinatown made it easy to enjoy lovely walks around the city 🚶‍♀️🌆. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive—they fulfilled every request with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s the service that truly makes this hotel special 💫❤️. We did order smoothies via room service as a late-night snack, but they weren’t quite up to par—especially at $20 each.
