A Wonderful Stay and Excellent Valet Service!

✅The Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End, located near Vanderbilt University, offered us quite a few pleasant surprises. Oh! 🌠The valet service team, consisting of Antonio, Dez, and Chris, was highly efficient—our car was always ready within five minutes of requesting it, and they proactively helped with our luggage, saving us a lot of hassle during our trip. 💫The sand volleyball court near the hotel became a great spot for us to unwind in the evening. Watching locals play under the sunset, we truly felt the vibrant lifestyle of Nashville. 💫However, the TV malfunction was indeed a letdown. Although the front desk sent someone to check on it immediately after we reported the issue, 📷it wasn’t fully repaired by the time we checked out.
