Wonderful on all accounts! Our stay was simply perfect from start to finish. A huge and sincere thank you to Gabi at the front desk and Desiree from management for helping to make our stay so wonderful and memorable. They are a real credit to the team! 🙏💫 What began as a business trip extended into extra fun days, and we truly could not have asked for a better hotel experience. It was the ideal base for both work and play! 💼🎉 The TownePlace Suites Orlando Downtown is a beautiful, newer property. It's very quiet, which we greatly appreciated, and it feels safe and secure. Everything was impeccably clean, the premises are well-lit, and the rooms are nicely appointed with modern furnishings. 🧼✨ The $15 daily parking fee is an incredible value and the cheapest we found anywhere near the downtown area! 🚗💵 The entire staff was consistently kind and engaging on all accounts. Everyone we met had a smile and was eager to help. 😊 We received excellent service throughout our entire visit. The quality of attention was top-tier. 🌟 The hotel offers good food options, and there are lots of fantastic restaurants within a very short distance, giving us plenty of choice. 🍽️ We even had some fun with Jack the skeleton in the lobby – a cool and unique touch! 💀😄 We had such a fantastic time that we cannot wait to return to the TownePlace Suites Orlando Downtown on our next visit to the area.
