My 7-year-old son and I traveled all the way from Buffalo to catch a Yankees game ⚾🧢, and our stay at this hotel made the trip even more memorable! We were thrilled with the location—just a short walk from Penn Station 🚉✨, making it super easy to get around. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by what might be the friendliest hotel staff in all of New York City! 🗽❤️ As someone who’s spent much of my career as a sommelier in hospitality 🍷👨‍💼, I know what great service looks like—and every interaction here was smooth, warm, and genuinely kind. Our room was not only clean and cozy but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a quality espresso machine ☕😍 to comfy bathrobes 🛁🧖. It felt like a true home away from home!
