AC Hotel Tokyo Ginza | A Review ๐
As a Titanium member, I checked in with a room voucher + points, and I'd rate it 4/5. The current price is a bit steep, so it might not be the best deal right now. ๐ถ This is one of the three Marriott siblings in Ginza. Since I was planning to redeem with a 40k room voucher + points, I chose this one for its larger sizeโofficially 30 sqm. ๐ข The front desk offered to switch my reserved king bed to a twin bed setup, as the twins come with a bathtub while the king doesn't. ๐ข๐ Since I wanted to take a bath, I gladly made the switch. If you have a preference, make sure to confirm with the front desk. They also agreed to a 4pm checkout without any hassle, which was a nice touch. ๐ ๐ข๐ The room has a business-like vibe reminiscent of Hyattโno complaints there. The view from the window wasn't anything special, so I didn't take any photos. One quirky thing: the showerhead and its controls are located at opposite ends of the room. ๐ฟ ๐ข๐ Breakfast was pretty substantial and served until 10 am. I treated it as a brunch and indulged in quite a bit of salmon and fried chicken, which were both delicious. The mackerel was a bit underwhelming, though. ๐ณ Overall, as one of the Marriott hotels in Tokyo that requires the fewest points for redemption, it's still a good choice. ๐ข๐ If you have a 40k or 35k room voucher, this is a great place to use it. ๐ #ACHotel #MarriottHotels #Ginza ๐
