Ada's Food + Wine | Vegas Food Diary 🍷📝
Restaurant: Ada's Food + Wine Food Rating: 5/10 The space is small but comfortable, service is slow—perfect for a lazy afternoon chat. But since I had plans later that day, their relaxed pace made me a little anxious! 😅 The brunch menu is limited, focusing more on drinks than food. Cheers to that! 🥂✨ 🥬 Brussels Sprouts (6/10): Made with small Brussels sprouts that absorbed flavor well—even the crispy bits were light and delicate. The sherry vinegar gave it a more refined taste than other places. 🧀 Truffle Grilled Cheese (5.5/10): Pretty fragrant, but the bread crust was toasted so hard it scratched the mouth a bit 😬. The garlic aioli was unnecessary—made it a tad too rich. 🥩 Steak Shakshuka (3.5/10): Ordered medium, got medium-well 😂… and the outside was burnt to a bitter crisp. The eggs were overcooked, though the tomato base had a nice sweet flavor. Have you been here? What did you think—worth a visit or a pass?
