Affordable and Delicious Malaysian Restaurant Laut๐Ÿ’ฏ

Today is a joyful Friday with an early finish from work, perfect for checking out the highly-rated Malaysian restaurant Laut on 17th Street! It's said to be recommended by Michelin โ€“ a really nice little spot. ๐ŸŒŸ Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice) One of the most famous Malaysian dishes, this comes as a big plate with meat, vegetables, and crispy little fish! Itโ€™s a bit spicy but super tasty. ๐Ÿ– ๐ŸŒŸ Ultimate Curry Laksa This is my first time trying this curry noodle soup, and itโ€™s amazing! The flavors are rich and comforting. ๐Ÿœ ๐ŸŒŸ Roti Canai (Fried Flatbread) Besides the Laksa, this crispy and fragrant flatbread is the best of the day! It comes with curry sauce on the side, but the bread is delicious on its own. ๐Ÿฅช ๐ŸŒŸ Chicken Satay Grilled chicken skewers with peanut crumbs โ€“ a classic and flavorful dish. ๐Ÿ– ๐ŸŒŸ Teh Tarik (Milk Tea) I didnโ€™t expect Malaysian milk tea to be so good โ€“ it has a strong tea flavor and is not too sweet, similar to Hong Kong-style milk tea. ๐Ÿต The average cost per person is under $40. #NewYork ๐ŸŒ‡๐ŸŒŸ
