The seasoning is not only spicy and numbing but also very fragrant! It's incredibly appetizing. 2️⃣ The Dry Pot Bullfrog is prepared by first frying and then stir-frying. It retains the tenderness of the bullfrog, and the fragrant and numbing flavors are well-absorbed. 3️⃣ The Cumin Lamb has a strong wok aroma! The large pieces of lamb are very tender. After quick stir-frying over high heat, the fragrance of cumin is fully brought out. 4️⃣ The Boneless Pig's Feet are also soft and flavorful.
