Affordable Michelin Korean restaurant in New York! 25 per person
It’s been way too long since I’ve eaten in Ktown—seriously, I’ve been craving good Korean food like crazy 😫 So when I heard that Michelin-recommended Korean spot Antoya launched a lunch set? I practically ran over! $15–$29 for a full meal that includes meat, veggies, rice, soup… seven items total‼️ The value here is off the charts—how could I resist? First off, the Spicy Braised Short Ribs—wow, just wow. This dish blew me away, and my friend and I were both raving about it the whole time! I used to be loyal to Cho Dang Gol for braised ribs, but the last time I went, the meat was so tough it felt like chewing leather 🥲 Antoya’s version? level! The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, with little bits of chewy tendon that add the best texture, and the sauce? Sweet, spicy, and packed with flavor—so good I kept spooning it over my rice until the bowl was clean. Then there’s their signature Uni, Fish Roe, and Shrimp Rice—absolute perfection. You crack a raw egg yolk over the top and mix it all up, and suddenly you’ve got this creamy, luxurious mess of seafood. The uni is sweet and buttery, the shrimp is plump, and they do not skimp on the fish roe—every bite pops with that salty-sweet burst. So satisfying, I could’ve eaten two bowls 😋 And let’s not forget the little extras! The service is super attentive—our water glasses never stayed empty, and the staff was so friendly. The restaurant itself is cute too, with fresh flowers on the tables that make the whole vibe feel cozy and nice 🌸 Oh, and the lunch set runs until 3pm, which is perfect for busy workers or students like me who need a quick but delicious meal. Honestly, this might be my new go-to Ktown lunch spot. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out—you won’t be disappointed! 👍 📍 Antoya Korean BBQ #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFood #NewYork #NewYorkEats #NewYorkStudyAbroad #Manhattan #NewYorkKoreanFood #NewYorkRestaurants
