🌟 Affordable Michelin One-Star in Paris: Osmossi 🌟
Highly recommended, 👍 this restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine. They serve olives as a complimentary appetizer, but I'm not a fan of them. 🫒 Main dishes are around 20 euros each. The first one I ordered was braised beef, which can be said to be the softest and most tender beef I've ever had in my life, and it still has a rich, meaty texture. The beef is braised in a pressure cooker, which can sometimes make it a bit mushy, but their beef is perfectly cooked, extremely tender and full of flavor. The beef is served on a bed of something slightly sour and delicious. 🥩 The second dish was octopus with carrots, cucumbers, and water chestnuts, served with rice. This dish also has a completely different texture from what you would have at home; it's incredibly smooth and tender with a moderate chewiness. 🐙 Located on the second floor of a supermarket, it's a branch of a Michelin-starred restaurant with a pretty nice atmosphere. 🍽️ #France #ParisFood #ParisFoodExploration #FrenchCuisine #ParisExploration #MichelinOneStar #ParisMichelinRestaurant #MichelinRestaurantExploration
