I found a real treasure of a restaurant! 🌿 🥩 Steak au Poivre Ordered medium rare, and the steak was incredibly aromatic! Switching the fries for truffle was an unexpected delight! 🍖 🦆 Long Island Duck Breast I went for medium on the duck breast. The first bite was heavenly—tenderer than the beef! I absolutely loved the accompanying French sauce, the soul of the dish! 🍖 🐓 Chicken Liver Mousse à la Poire At first, I couldn't find the chicken liver—haha! True to creative French cuisine, using a butter knife to spread the liver on bread was a first for me! Normally not a fan of offal, I thought it was a bit gamey, but overall, it was quite good!
