Amsterdam Michelin One-Star | Sinne Christmas Menu ππ½οΈ
We booked the Christmas Eve special menu at this restaurant half a month in advance, with a price of 135 euros per person for 6 courses and a bottle of wine. π· Seed bread and whipped butter, truly delicious! The bread was incredibly soft, and the butter melted in your mouth! Together, they were a perfect match! Not dry at all. π₯π§ King crab, it had the flavor of radish beef brisket, overall a bit salty! But the king crab was very fresh! π¦ Lobster strips, the lobster meat was still firm, paired with broccoli purΓ©e and curry sauce. π¦ Perch strips, this dish wasn't very memorable, I can't even recall how it tasted, I'm really unprofessional, hahahahaha. π Roasted celeriac, served with 1g of white truffle grated on top, containing a whole yolk. I don't eat eggs, so my affection for this dish wasn't very high! But my friend who eats eggs said the egg was really delicious! And it didn't have a strong celery flavor! π₯¦ Roasted ribs, very salty, not the taste of American spare ribs! But it must have been slow-cooked, so the meat melted in your mouth! Served with enoki mushrooms, instantly taking you back to the feeling of eating barbecue. π The desserts truly deserve high praise! Chocolate mousse texture, probably hazelnut chocolate, not too sweet, and the flavor lingers on your tongue for a long time! Paired with the Riesling we ordered, it was really delicious! π°π« In general, I feel that this restaurant is going for an Asian fusion vibe, but the soy sauce usage is a bit heavy, making many dishes a bit salty for my taste! I think even if it's not the Christmas menu, it's worth a visit! It's a very unassuming restaurant on the street, but it has been a Michelin one-star for 4 years in a row! The cost-performance ratio is also quite high, after all, it's rare to find a Michelin restaurant where you can eat until full! 3 courses seem to be around 50 euros on regular days! π #Netherlands #Amsterdam #RestaurantHopping #Michelin #DutchFood
