It came with tomato sauce and olive oil that was salty, but not bad. 🦪 Clams with Garlic Butter €21 The clams had a strong taste of the sea, and the aroma of butter and lemon was tempting, but overall, it didn't live up to the expectations. 🥩 Royal Beef Tartare with Smoked Eel & Truffle €26 The raw beef had a tangy taste, complemented by a hint of truffle, and the crispy bread was soft. The overall flavor was quite good. 🍝 Spaghetti with Beluga Caviar €38 This pasta with caviar was relatively thick and cooked just right, paired with rich cream. The taste of the caviar slowly released after finishing the pasta, with an aftertaste of sea salt and the freshness of squid. 🥩 Beef Wellington €52 The Wellington beef was a delightful surprise! It contained mushrooms and foie gras sauce, with a rich aroma. The beef was tender, and the flavor of the meat was intense. We chose the Diction size, which came with layers of mashed potatoes, soft in texture and full of potato aroma. 🍮 A "REAL" CRÈME BRÛLÉE €17 Topped with a layer of Gelato, the ice cream had a smooth texture and rich milk flavor. The caramel was slightly bitter, and the egg aroma was intense. Overall, it was very smooth and delicious. 🍰 DUCHESS CHEESE CAKE €17 This New York-style Camembert cheesecake was very special, with a smooth and light taste. The cheese's creamy flavor spread in the mouth after biting into it, accompanied by blueberries and blueberry sauce, and a thin layer of chocolate wrapping the tangy fruit juice, which was a delightful surprise!
