From the concierge and valet to the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and phone staff – everyone was simply amazing! 🙌 A special shout-out to: Ms. Laurie and Kathleen from Concierge – they were incredibly helpful when my mom, who uses a walker, needed assistance getting into the car. They also gave wonderful recommendations! 🚗♿️❤️ Leslie at the front desk – the only one on duty during two large conferences, she handled everything with grace and warmth. She took such good care of my mom and me, especially with my mom’s mobility challenges. Her patience and love for her work truly shone through – it’s not just a job to her, it’s a calling! 💼✨ Zoe on the phones – I’ve never spoken to anyone kinder! She helped me with receipts and connected me with the right people to make our stay perfect. You could literally hear her smiling through the phone – now that’s someone who loves what she does! 📞😊 I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this experience was by far the best. We had zero issues, and the staff went above and beyond – often without even realizing what a difference they made. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the restaurant staff were friendly and delightful, and the valet service was smooth and efficient. 🧹🍽️🚗 In a time when great service can feel rare, this team – especially these four wonderful people – truly stood out.
