An Amazing Meal at Poogan's! 🍽️✨

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Poogan's on our last night in Charleston, and it was the perfect finale to our trip! Our server, Shelby M, made the experience truly exceptional. He highly recommended the chicken fried pork chop, describing it as tender and flavorful—and he wasn’t joking! The dish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy coating and juicy interior that melted in your mouth. 🥩🔥 My husband was initially hesitant to try the barbecued catfish, but Shelby M patiently explained how it was prepared and even shared a bit about its flavor profile. Thanks to his confidence and knowledge, my husband decided to give it a try—and he didn’t regret it! The catfish was smoky, moist, and packed with delicious Southern barbecue flavors. 🐟🍯 Shelby M’s service was so outstanding that I’d recommend everyone ask for his section when visiting. He was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about the food and the guest experience.
