An Amazing Oscar-Style Smoked New York Strip Steak! 🥩

This past Tuesday night, my daughter and I visited Primal Steakhouse, and from the moment we walked in, we knew it was something special. The atmosphere feels timeless — as if the place has been here for 200 years — and the air is filled with the mouthwatering aroma of smoked meats. 😋🔥 The star of the night? The Oscar-Style Smoked New York Strip Steak — an absolute masterpiece! Topped with succulent crab meat, asparagus, and rich béarnaise sauce, every bite was pure perfection. I can’t recommend it enough! 🦀🌿 We also loved the roasted red pepper risotto and the beef carpaccio — both were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Located just half a mile from the Strip, this restaurant is totally worth the short trip.
