They went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we stepped into the lobby—or whenever they came to our room—they greeted us by name, and that personal touch meant the world. 🥹👏 The personalized butler service was exceptional, and the valet team was always prompt and friendly. At the bar, the drinks and food were incredible—crafted with care and full of flavor. 🍸🍴 And the surprises never ended! Every evening, we returned to find chocolate wine desserts and other sweet treats waiting in our room. The sangria welcome drink upon arrival was absolutely delicious—what a lovely way to start our getaway! 🍷🍫 Our room was cozy, clean, elegant, and beautiful. We loved walking in to soft jazz playing, and the heated towels and plush robes in the bathroom made us feel like royalty. 🎶🛁 But I think our favorite touch was the room key—we’ve never seen anything so cool! It was a leather keychain with gold hardware and an actual gold key.
