An Overall Great Resort with Fantastic Potential to Be Even Greater! ✨

The room, staff, and pool area were truly great! 🏠🙂💦 Everything was kept very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. 🧹✨ The resort is wonderful but can definitely improve by keeping the inviting pool area open later into the evening. I have never heard of hosting a fun movie night at the pool but not letting guests swim during or after the film – that was a bit disappointing. 🎬🚫🏊♀️ There also were, unfortunately, MANY communication issues regarding being granted our platinum elite late checkout. This included house cleaning staff coming to the room multiple times, receiving a concerning voicemail stating I was going to be charged for a later departure, and needing to get our room rekeyed three separate times. 📞🔑😅 Better internal communication would easily solve this. It also would be a fantastic upgrade if the playground, basketball court, and popular pickleball courts were properly lighted for night use, allowing for more evening family activities. 🏀🎾💡 Otherwise, it was a great trip with lots of positives, and we will likely be back, hoping to see these improvements implemented! 👍❤️ #Orlando #Hotel #Resort #FamilyVacation #MarriottBonvoy #Pool #Travel #Feedback #LuxuryStay
