An Unexpectedly Affordable Stockholm Restaurant

😮Finally done with the finals! Even though I felt I did terribly, I still needed to celebrate with a good meal, hehe. This time, I checked out a place called Jappi, also known as the Happy Forest, located on Rådmansgaten, right next to school. It's said to serve cuisine from Northwest China, but I felt the regional characteristics weren't very prominent. Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables 💛💛💛💛 😮This dish is incredibly appetizing and, in my opinion, much better than what you'd find at Xiang Yue! The braised pork is very flavorful but not too salty, and the preserved vegetables are finely chopped. The sauce is delicious when soaked with the accompanying buns! After finishing the buns, pouring the sauce over rice is also a great option. I really enjoyed it. Crispy Duck 💛💛💛 😮I ordered this thinking of the famous crispy duck from Dong Ge, and you could tell the difference as soon as it arrived. The duck was tender without a gamey smell, but it lacked the crispiness of Dong Ge's version. However, the sweet and sour sauce that came with it was incredibly delicious! I think I could eat rice with just this sauce without needing any other dishes.
