An Unforgettable Beef Offal Pot in Brooklyn’s 8th Ave 🥹🍲

I’d heard for a while that Brooklyn’s 8th Avenue had amazing Chinese food — and I finally made the trip! As someone who usually stays in Lower Manhattan, getting to 8th Ave felt a bit easier than Flushing (just take the yellow line near NYU). I’d been craving authentic Cantonese‑style beef offal, and they’d just opened a new spot on 7th Ave — perfect timing to try! We ordered the signature medium‑size Braised Beef Offal Pot — and the portion was insanely generous, easily enough for four people! The moment it arrived, the rich, savory aroma had us hooked. As a big offal lover, this pot was everything I wanted. It was packed with beef tendon, tripe, lung, and intestine — all cleaned thoroughly and braised to tender perfection (soft but not mushy). The broth was deeply flavorful but not heavy, and the veggies and instant noodles soaked up all that delicious sauce. Later we added fresh oysters straight into the pot — the umami boost was incredible! We also tried their beef brisket rice and beef offal rice — both hearty, satisfying, and just as tasty as the hot pot. I’ll definitely be back! 📍 Address: 6104 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11220 If you’re around Brooklyn or willing to travel for a seriously comforting, authentic taste of Cantonese stews, this place is a must. Warm, bold, and utterly memorable! ❤️🔥 #BeefOffalPot #NYCChineseFood #NYCEats #Brooklyn8thAve #BrooklynFood #CantoneseFood #ComfortFood #OffalLovers #NYCRestaurants #FoodieAdventure #WarmingMeals #NYCFoodGuide #EatLikeLocal
