We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Peninsula Grill, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. The terrace where we were seated was both quiet and romantic, with soft lighting and an intimate atmosphere that made our special evening even more memorable. 🌹✨ To start, we were served delicious pastries along with fresh bread and butter. We shared a local vegetable salad that was fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. For our main course, we both ordered the seared scallops with crab and butternut squash gnocchi—a dish that was as beautiful as it was delicious. The scallops were cooked to perfection, tender and golden, and paired wonderfully with the rich flavors of the crab and gnocchi. We also enjoyed a side of Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, which were creamy and indulgent. 🥗🍴 To end our meal, we indulged in the famous coconut cake. It was every bit as delightful as we had heard—moist, flavorful, and the perfect sweet finish to a perfect dinner. 🥥🍰 The service was exceptional. Our table had its own dedicated server, who was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly special throughout the evening.
