✨ An Unforgettable Omakase Experience in Vegas 🍣💫

I was in town for Zhou Shen’s concert over the weekend and decided to make a food trip out of it! 🎤🎶 Since I’d already tried Kabuto two years ago, this time we went for KAME Omakase—and it completely stole my heart. ❤️🔥 If Las Vegas is a dazzling dream, then KAME Omakase is the most luxurious and tender part of that dream. 💫 KAME offers two menu tiers—we chose the more affordable one. The course included 21 dishes, each feeling like an edible work of art. 🎨 👍 One service detail that really stood out: Before placing each piece of sushi on the plate, the chef carefully wiped the dish with a white cloth to remove any trace of soy sauce. Even the tiniest drop was not allowed to interfere with the perfection of the presentation. Now that’s true Japanese craftsmanship. 🙇♂️✨ 🛩️ The chef shared that all the seafood is flown in from Japan the day before, ensuring peak freshness. Each bite felt like bringing the ocean straight to the Vegas desert—so fresh it’s almost emotional. 🌊😢 🍣 Highlights from the sushi selection: • Toro – The king of sushi, melt-in-your-mouth gorgeous. • Hokkaido Uni – Incredibly sweet and creamy. • Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) – Light and delicate. • Aka Yagara (Red Cornetfish) – Served as thin sashimi with a touch of yuzu pepper—refreshing and bright. 🐮 The A5 Wagyu Stone Grill was a showstopper—the chef even showed us the beef’s ID card with the calf’s birth date and serial number… Felt a little emotional eating such a young cow, but wow, it was unforgettable. 🥩🆔 🍈 Dessert featured the legendary Crown Melon 🍈—grown one fruit per tree, with all nutrients focused into a single melon. The natural sweetness was unreal. Almost felt like a dream… ✨ 💰 The meal came to around $1,000 for two—definitely a splurge, but it was more than a dinner; it felt like a deep dialogue with the ingredients. 🗣️🍴 Ratings: Flavor: 👌👌👌👌👌 Ambiance: 👌👌👌👌 Service: 👌👌👌👌 Popularity: 👌👌👌 📍 KAME Omakase ⭐️ 3616 W Spring Mountain Rd Ste 103, Las Vegas, NV 89102 ✅ Perfect for a special occasion or when you want to treat yourself and your loved ones.
