Andaz Fifth Avenue Stay Experience (1)🌟

Initially, I planned to stay two nights at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson to enjoy more views of the Manhattan skyline. 🌊🎒 However, the hotel emailed in advance to inform me about ongoing renovations. For the first night, I checked into a 1st-floor city-view room. Despite someone hosting a wedding, I was already grateful to have a city-view room. πŸŒΊπŸŒ‡ I was hoping to switch to a higher-floor room on the second night. But to my surprise, the renovations started at 7 a.m. the next morning, and it was like drilling into my skull. 🌊🎒 I couldn't bear it, so I communicated with the front desk to check out early, and the hotel was understanding. During breakfast, I met a few local seniors who were all complaining about the noisy renovations. πŸŒΊπŸŒ‡ The location and view were really great, and the PATH train into the city was convenient. Unfortunately, the timing was bad, and I happened to encounter the renovations. I hope to have a better experience next time. 🌊🎒 Back to the main point, after checking out, I quickly used my C7 room voucher to start booking a new room. I first looked at Beekman and Thompson Central Park. I had passed by Thompson on my way to find food during my stay at Park Hyatt and really wanted to experience it. 🌊🎒However, both hotels were fully booked. When I saw that Andaz Fifth Avenue still had rooms available, I booked one immediately and took a taxi over. The ride was smooth, with little traffic, and I arrived at 9:40 a.m. #NewYork πŸŒƒπŸŒŸ
