Andaz Fifth Avenue Stay Experience (1)🌟

Initially, I planned to stay two nights at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson to enjoy more views of the Manhattan skyline. 🌊🎢 However, the hotel emailed in advance to inform me about ongoing renovations. For the first night, I checked into a 1st-floor city-view room. Despite someone hosting a wedding, I was already grateful to have a city-view room. 🌺🌇 I was hoping to switch to a higher-floor room on the second night. But to my surprise, the renovations started at 7 a.m. the next morning, and it was like drilling into my skull. 🌊🎢 I couldn't bear it, so I communicated with the front desk to check out early, and the hotel was understanding. During breakfast, I met a few local seniors who were all complaining about the noisy renovations. 🌺🌇 The location and view were really great, and the PATH train into the city was convenient. Unfortunately, the timing was bad, and I happened to encounter the renovations. I hope to have a better experience next time. 🌊🎢 Back to the main point, after checking out, I quickly used my C7 room voucher to start booking a new room. I first looked at Beekman and Thompson Central Park. I had passed by Thompson on my way to find food during my stay at Park Hyatt and really wanted to experience it. 🌊🎢However, both hotels were fully booked. When I saw that Andaz Fifth Avenue still had rooms available, I booked one immediately and took a taxi over. The ride was smooth, with little traffic, and I arrived at 9:40 a.m. #NewYork 🌃🌟
