Animals Spotted in Bonito, Brazil 🇧🇷

1️⃣ Anteater Natural Aquarium has adopted an orphaned anteater. Additionally, along the main road to Natural Aquarium, there are many anthills. After dusk, anteaters may appear on the trails. Some visitors have spotted them — worth trying your luck! 2️⃣ Armadillo (Tatu) Spotted at Rio da Prata Farm, right next to the cows. Extremely shy — thankfully, I caught it on my GoPro! It ran away before I could even pull out my phone. 3️⃣ Seriema Crane-like birds that sometimes appear on small town streets. I saw two at Barra do Sucuri and later spotted two larger ones in the grasslands near the airport. 4️⃣ Crocodile (🐊) During snorkeling at Rio da Prata, a 1-meter-long alligator was half-submerged near the riverbank. The current was too strong to capture it on camera. Anacondas are also occasionally seen in this river — try to avoid drifting too close to the edges while snorkeling! 5️⃣ Giant Otter (Ariranha) & South American Tapir (Anta) I saw otters during the boat ride at Barra do Sucuri but missed filming them (no phone handy 😂).
