💖 Another Wonderful Meal at Burma Love! 🥗
Every trip to San Francisco means one thing: I get to enjoy Burmese cuisine! My love for this city is deeply tied to my love for Burmese food, which I first discovered years ago while traveling here with my cousin. This time, I was excited to introduce my husband to my all-time favorite — the iconic Rainbow Salad! Our friend Mari H. joined us too, making it a special downtown lunch date. 👫🍴 We met on a Thursday afternoon with no reservation, but were seated quickly at this convenient Union Square-adjacent location (I’ve also been to their Mission spot, but this one is perfect for downtown exploring!). Here’s what we savored: 🌈 Rainbow Salad – as vibrant and flavorful as I remembered! 🍤 Sizzling Skillet Shrimp – aromatic and perfectly cooked 🍜 Garlic Noodles with Chicken – rich, comforting, and full of flavor 🥟 Vegetable Samusa Soup – warm, spiced, and deeply satisfying Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and delivered with genuine care. The Rainbow Salad brought back so many delicious memories — each bite was a celebration of textures and tastes. I truly wish we had more Burmese restaurant options back home in Orange County 😔… but until then, I’ll keep coming back here whenever I’m in SF! The service was attentive and friendly 🥰, the dining area and restrooms were clean and well-kept, and the overall experience was just as wonderful as I’d hoped. #BurmaLove #BurmeseFood #SanFranciscoEats #RainbowSalad #UnionSquare #FoodieMemory #OCEatsMissingOut
