Anto Korean Steak House in New York
1️⃣ First came the cool and sweet Spanish red prawns and oysters, a taste of the ocean in one bite🌊 The shrimp roe was incredibly rich~ 2️⃣ Then we opened an entire box of Regalis caviar!! It was consumed completely with potato pancakes, eggs, and crushed pistachios (I later looked it up, and this box seems to be worth around 400🔪). 3️⃣ The main attraction was the grilled Wagyu beef🥩 with three different cuts of meat and a bunch of side dishes. The waiter helped us grill and slice it, presenting it beautifully. The quality of the meat was impeccable, and we discovered nearly ten different ways to enjoy it, lol. 4️⃣ Another main course was the air-dried, aged duck, with incredibly tender meat! The skin was also very fragrant, and I would be willing to come back just for the duck. 5️⃣ Thinking we might not have enough food, we also added a seafood paella (which turned out to be unnecessary for two people), but this was really delicious!! It was filled with lots of sea urchin, large shrimp, fish roe, and pan-fried sea bass that was crispy and fragrant, every bite was bliss~ 📍 Anto Korean Steak House 243 E 58th St, New York, NY 10022 #New York#Anto Korean Steak House#food diary
