Aquarium of the Bay | Visiting the Aquarium with a 1.5-Year-Old 🐠
Hi everyone! 👨👩👧 Sharing our experience of visiting the Aquarium of the Bay in San Francisco with our 1.5-year-old, Tongtong. 📝 It felt like stepping into a magical underwater world! 🌟 📍 The Aquarium of the Bay at Pier 39 is a major highlight of Fisherman’s Wharf. It’s not very large but has several floors, and you can explore it in about an hour. 👍 Our 1.5-year-old was clearly mesmerized by the glowing marine animals. 👉 🌟 Inside the aquarium, you can see a variety of marine life, including penguins and sea turtles. There are several jellyfish tanks with jellyfish glowing in different colors—absolutely stunning! It’s a true visual feast! 🥳 🌟 The underwater tunnels are two relatively small ones, with a blue ambiance that makes you feel like you’re really in the ocean. 🌊 🌟 Upstairs, there are also exhibits of invertebrates where you can touch starfish and fish 🐟. It’s not tiring for little ones to walk around, and it’s quite relaxing. 🌿 ﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌ ✔️ Aquarium of the Bay 🕐 Opening Hours: 11 AM – 6 PM. Last entry at 5:30 PM. 🎫 Tickets: You can buy them online in advance. Many third-party ticket websites on Google Maps are cheaper than the official site. 🅿️ Parking: You can book a spot at the Pier 39 parking lot in advance on their official website. It’s $20 for the whole day, and there’s a pedestrian bridge on the third floor that leads directly to the aquarium. It’s super convenient for strollers, as you don’t need to use stairs or cross the street. 🚗 🌟 The aquarium is perfect for a visit with a 1.5-year-old. This is the best time for little ones to explore the world. Visiting zoos and aquariums is very safe and educational. It broadens their horizons and allows them to enjoy the beauty of the world. 😆 #GrowingWithBaby #RealLifeMoments #CaliforniaSanFrancisco #FishermansWharf #BayAreaFamilyFun #AquariumAdventures #DailyJoys #NatureLovers #TravelTipsForFamilies
