The volumes of the two new towers fan out like an accordion near the ground, forming a terraced courtyard that becomes a public "Green Terrace" for the street plaza. ππ’ This "Green Terrace" is a space designed for pedestrians and serves as a hub connecting the three towers. It also provides easy access from the sky bridge directly to the cafes and restaurants on the ground floor of the residential or office towers, as well as the shops, tower lobbies, and collaborative spaces in the office tower. ππ’ Additionally, the "Green Terrace" is a place that balances the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, one of the world's largest cities, with its tranquility. The benches here allow visitors to linger and enjoy the activity areas and calming fountains. πΏ π Architectural Design: ingenhoven architects Address: Japan π Project Area: 29,400 square meters π· Photographer: HGEsch ππ’ #ArchDaily #ArchitecturalDesign #Design π
